15 Page Report on Sekur Private Data (SWISF)
We’ve think we’ve come up with a way to make some money, and protect ourselves from AI powered cyber-criminals, all in the same breath.
Sekur Private Data (SWISF)
Here’s eight bullet points from the report, in case your busy trading Palantir (PLTR) at $190, which is selling for 112 times sales. Meaning they have revenues of $4 billion (nice) but a market value of $450 billion. What the?
- AI Powered Cyber-Crime (just like AI powered fake videos) have officially crossed the ‘can’t tell from real’ line. You are at risk, period.
- We added Sekur to the Watch List about a month ago, at about the same price.
- We just finished a deep-dive on this cheap (by all measures) stock and we are pretty sure that with a little bit of luck, it could be our next ten-bagger. It took us a month to slice and dice this and as a result, we’ve written a 15-page report looking at it at from nearly all angles.
- We love the product/service.
- We love the business model.
- We love the revenue potential – quoted on a per user basis.
- They just announced they signed THE most successful and powerful firm in the country, Quaestor Federal to help get them into government agencies, and sign up users for their products and services. Betting aginst ‘the firm’ would be like betting against Elon Musk getting a pay raise.
- Recommended course of action.
It’s really that simple of a story. We’ll admit the report at 15-pages is awfully long, and some people just don’t have the time these days. So here are the eight bullet points (11 minute read) designed to encourage you to read the report and protect yourself.
REPORT (summary below)

SUMMARY
- AI-powered cybercrime is evolving into a silent, scalable menace—one that’s already infiltrating businesses, governments, and personal lives with terrifying precision. If you think your firewall or antivirus is enough, think again. The line between real and fake is vanishing. We’re sure you’ll agree after watching a “Baby Trump” video on Youtube. You must get prepared. We have a genuine solution.
Starting last year, but accelerating in 2025, AI powered cybercriminals no longer need teams of hackers. They deploy agentic AI systems—autonomous digital operatives that plan and execute full-scale attacks without human oversight. These systems identify vulnerable targets, write malicious code, analyze stolen data, and even draft psychologically tailored ransom demands. One recent attack used Anthropic’s Claude Code to infiltrate 17 companies, calculate realistic bitcoin ransoms, and craft extortion emails that mimicked executive tone and style.
AI-generated phishing emails now bypass filters with near-perfect mimicry. They coordinate multi-pronged attacks across email, video, and voice, overwhelming defenses and exploiting trust. Over 80% of phishing emails now incorporate AI, and nearly 80% of recipients open them. The line between real and fake is vanishing. And it’s only going to get worse, or better in the instance of baby Trump vidoes.
The World Economic Forum reports that small businesses are seven times more likely to lack cyber resilience compared to 2022. The average weekly cyberattacks per organization has more than doubled since 2021. For small firms, one breach could mean bankruptcy and your employees out of a job..
AI-powered cybercrime isn’t a future threat—it’s a present reality. It’s fast, scalable, and terrifyingly efficient. Whether you’re a Fortune 500 company or a local business, the question is no longer if you’ll be targeted, but when. And unless you understand the threat, you won’t even know it’s happening.
2. We added Sekur to the Watch List about a month ago, at about the same price. In a short write-up, the more we read, the more we liked, which encouraged us to write the fifteen-pager. It can be found here: Adding WhatsApp & Gmail Competitor, Sekur Private Data (SWISF) to Watch List.
3. We just finished a deep-dive on this cheap (by all measures) stock and we are pretty sure that with a little bit of luck, it could be our next ten-bagger.
4. We love the product/service. Even tough we read about Sukur Private Data for a month, including all their press releases and SEC filings, we however didn’t download it until last week. It’s easy to use and gives a sense of security, so the only thing we worry about is the stock market crashing. While it’s $90 a month, when WhatsApp and Gmail is free, we put it into perspective of that’s less than our average happy hour bar tab (in a day, not a month).
5. We love the business model. We go into this in detail in the report, but here is a summary. In stage I of their business plan which lasted for about three years, they sold directly to consumers, unbundled for around $20 a month. This was really designed to fully test and fine tune the program to perfection. About 10,000 users experiences were logged. That generated about $400,000 a year, which is better than nothing – which is what most beta tests make.
The stage II plan and model is selling to Governments, Companies plus HWNI’s where $90 isn’t an issue vs. free. Instead of signing up one user at a time as they did in stage I, they can now sign up 500 or 1,000 at a time.
6. We love the revenue potential – as it is quoted on a per user basis.
We launched the Internet Stock Review in 1998 (good times) and lot of Internet companies and clients we worked with, had ‘free’ or advertising based models. Sounds simple but it takes algorithms and a team of rockets scientists, to optimize an advertising powered business model. The data that they gather or collect from you as a free user, and then categorized to serve up an ad you’re most apt to respond to, is mindboggling. You google a hotel in Denver in December and they’ll serve up an add for snow boots on your next click. Like how did they know you were needing snow boots?
This table below explains it all. If your a individual user, you pony up $90 a month for the ultimate in privacy and security via Fortress Grade servers located in Switzerland. If there are 50 employees or government consultants, you pay $90 for each, less we assume a small discount.
If they only get 10,000 users, the top line revenues would be $10.8 million. And remember the current market cap is only $5 million. We won’t even allude to what the market cap could grow to if they get 100,000 users, or we risk getting indicted!

7. They just announced they signed THE most successful and powerful firm in the country, to get them into government agencies, and sign up users. This is where the story gets good and we have FULL details in the report. How they even landed this partner is astonishing.
The firm is called Quaestor Federal Consulting. Their partnership was named the Sekur National Security Team and it is comprised of former top-ranking Defense and Intelligence experts. We call it the Dream Team and the Anti-Cyber Crime Fighting Unit, because we like the dramatic sound of it.
This Anti-Cyber Crime fighting unit includes three of the top security experts in the nation (see below), with prior work background coming from the CIA’s Federal Laboratory, the Department of Defense, the U.S. State Department, the Department of Homeland Security, National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Bolling Air Force Base, US Forces Korea, and the J2 Pentagon.
Their specialty is introducing and selling new technologies into the government, from companies including but not limited to, Palantir, Pixia, Isilon, Aspera, Apptio and now Sekur Private Data. Any more questions?
International in their scope, in addition to protecting the United States, they have defensive and technological capabilities operations in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and numerous additional conflict zones. In short, millions of leads.
We go in great detail who they really are in the report. Even including Bio’s. Our personal take is if anyone can open the right doors for Sekur Data, they can, and will. Think about that and then look at the ‘Revenue to User’ chart above again.
You can read a shorter version about the Dream Team here: Sekur Has formed an Anti-Cyber Crime Fighting Unit, to Battle the Recent Surge in AI-Powered Incursions, From International Organized Criminals.
Official Press Release: Sekur Private Data Signs Partnership with Quaestor Federal Consulting – Creates National Security Team for U.S. Government Sales
We’ll leave you with one last thought. When dealing with high tech as an investor, you really never know if a company can live up to its brochures. Know this though, Quaestor Federal has a in-house team of technology experts who look into every nook and cranny to determine if a technology will perform as promised. And they take months to analyze, because they don’t want to be embarrased if things go wrong. They leave to no stone unturned.
This is what Ken Rogers and members from Quaestor had to say. Ken was the former Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
“…believe it to be a game changer for many government organizations as the Sekur capability provides secure messaging, emails and voice communications for unclassified users.”
Ken was immediately attracted to Sekur‘s solutions set “..because of its ability to provide more secure communications between the Department of States and its diplomatic counterparts in over 200 countries using voice and video call, messaging and email capabilities.”
“Our team believes the Sekur commercial capability is unmatched in the federal space and can be rapidly introduced to solve immediate challenges.”
Phil Oakley said “Security of this content is essential, however there are numerous recent examples of the USA and other government’s failure to address this problem and Sekur offers an elegant solution to this problem.” Phil is the founder of three different government contracting companies with over a billion dollars of combined government sales and services.
8. Recommended course of action.
Step one is to protect yourself by downloading the Sekure Private Data program. Here is a free trial. If the former head of Homeland Security likes it…
Step two is to read the report.
We can’t recommend that you buy the stock, because we aren’t licensed to do that. But it would be sad, if we are the only ones making money by being a shareholder and protecting ourselves at the same time.
Note there isn’t (currently) enough shares outstanding or volume to acquire enough shares to cause any serious damage to yourself (or make a lot of money). It’s more of a fun and long term gamble kind of thing. Still be careful out there. No orphan or widow money. See you at the finish line.
Okay, were done. Hope you read the report.
