We next do the same with Quarterly filings, 8K’s and 10Ks. Then we do same with media reports and or mentions – including videos. Finally we scan for and post here, all third-party research reports, including ours.

September 15, 2025: Report: Initiating Coverage on Nutriband (NTRB) $7.00. Biotech Stock Review.

This could be one of our most interesting ideas ever. Simple story, simple cap table – and while Nutriband is not heavily funded, it’s funded enough – to get them through the upcoming trials.

The FDA trials (called HAL trials) are within striking distance – meaning not three to four years out. Compared to, let’s call them ‘standard trials,’ which can take years. The trial requirements are additionally small (around 100 patients) and projected to be inexpensive – under $5 million, compared to $10’s or even $100’s of million.

We’ve been through all and it’s aways stressful when a company is facing a $100 million trial, even if they have $50 million in the bank. Like a ticking time bomb.

Conclusion. The company continues to use increasing revenues from contract manufacturing to offset the cost of developing the AVERSA technology. This has kept the share base and accumulated deficit low. We are reiterating our Outperform rating and $15 price target.

In addition, AVERSA Buprenorphine, our next candidate for AVERSA is projected to reach peak annual sales of $70M – $130M. Jan 22, 2025: Research Report (INITIATION). Noble Securities, $13 Price Target.

Conclusion. We believe the Phase 1 clinical trial will show sufficient abuse deterrence to allow for Nutriband to file a New Drug Application using the 505(b)(2) pathway for approval in 2H25. We have allowed for a 10-month standard review, although Priority Review could potentially shorten review time to 6 months.

We anticipate approval in 2H26. We base our valuation on FY2027 EPS of $1.45 per share discounted at 30% per year and apply a multiple of 15X for a price target of $13 per share.
