Pimee Energy Inc., is developing oil and gas assets, holding over 88,982 acres. Pimee Energy is a private company which anticipates going public in the near future.

Godin Project
Pimee has already held ‘preliminary’ discussions with various stakeholders on the future development of its Godin Project.
Pimee Godin Project is located in the traditional territories of the Bigstone Cree Nation which is comprised of the three communities: Calling Lake, Chipewyan Lake and Wabasca people of Treaty 8. 46 contiguous sections (29,440 acres).
26 kilometers to the east of the Godin property is the highly successful Canadian Natural Resources Limited (“CNRL”) Brintnell Project. CNRL is producing approximately 50,000 BOPD (barrels of oil per day) from the Wabiskaw Formation. (See Godin reserve estimation below)
Compeer-Viking Oil Play
Compeer-Viking oil play is located in Alberta Canada and consists of 3 contiguous sections (5,120 acres) based on the Viking formation where light oil fairways extend from the Plato Field in Southwest Saskatchewan to the Redwater Field in Eastern Alberta.
To date, immense activity has taken place by major companies such as Penn West, Apache and Baytex within a 5 to 10 mile radius. The 102/05-29-033-02W4 well has been on production since February 2013 and the Company continues to monitor production performance.
